Fitness Trainer to the Stars Reveals Her Skinny Jeans Workout

A personal fitness trainer to top celebrities has created the Skinny Jeans Workout, designed to help achieve weight loss and slim-down goals.

Lisa Goldenthal says she designed her unique exercise plan to help women achieve their goals to feel good, look good, and "get back in our skinny jeans!  People think they don’t have time to exercise but with a healthy diet and a commitment to do this workout every day, even for just five minutes, you will see noticeable results in less than a month."

Lisa admits that those who want to lose weight and be as slim as a celebrity face a challenge. "Our busy lifestyles are a challenge – people have a time crunch, they sit in front of computers eating and not exercising, too busy to get to the gym. Jobs, children, obligations are demanding."

The answer: the Skinny Jeans Workout, which divides the exercises into just-do-it sections "of time that anyone can fit into his/her busy day. It’s tailored for multitaskers, working more than one muscle group at a time you can maximize your workout time," explains Lisa.  In addition, she suggests making small changes throughout the day, such as a brisk walk early in the morning. "Bring the Skinny Jeans Workout DVD to work; grab a 30 minute workout segment while the kids are napping.  When you watch your favorite TV show, squeeze in a few crunches and squats.  No more excuses!"

Among Lisa's clients are "well-known actors and models, moms, and busy executives with hectic schedules who don't always have time or the inclination to join a gym, drive to a gym and workout."  Thanks to the Skinny Jeans Workout DVD , you can now achieve the same results of Lisa's clients.  You don't even need to sign up for a boot camp or gym membership, says Lisa, just follow her workout DVD's instructions instead. What a great invention!

GET RID OF THE JUNK IN YOUR TRUNK!

Wanting to reach a wider audience than she does working as personal trainer, Lisa G. developed her Skinny Jeans Workout DVD as a way to get people of all ages and genders into shape and eliminate excuses like, "I don't have time to exercise."

Lisa says, "The biggest excuse I hear is that everyone's schedule is so hectic that they don't have time to exercise. This is for moms, teenagers, men... people of all ages can do this DVD - no more excuses." In keeping with the all-important clock, Lisa promises to get people in shape in just one month, with minimal equipment, sticking to a healthy diet and complete one of the four Skinny Jeans routines daily. There is one for every time budget, just choose from one of the different 5 minute, 15 minute, 30 minute, or 45 minute routines available on the DVD.

The Skinny Jeans DVD is an advanced form of resistance training that incorporates balance, speed and mobility as well as cardiovascular and multi-joint exercises to bring your fitness to the next level. It targets your core muscles and both the upper and lower body to help you get back into those skinny jeans.

Having years of experience as a personal fitness trainer (even working with celebrities like Cheryl Tiegs), Lisa says that her top tip for maintaining a healthy body comes down to basic math: expend more calories than you consume. "Figure out your basal metabolic rate (BMR) - the number of calories your body needs just to exist. Once you have your final number, shave off 500 to figure out how to eat to lose a pound a week. I don't recommend going lower than 1200 calories a day."
